Hi 7F!

Thanks for having the patience to hear my nagging. I am still missing several ingredients and apparatus. The following is a list of things that I still need:

1) Spring onion, stored in a small container (Yuhe provide)
2) cooking scissors
3) 1 big container to store the noodles, like the size of a rice cooker
4) black marker pens (Yan Yu provide)
5) table cloth
6) plastic bottles... I need to store 3600 ml of cold sauce... Need 8-9
(Updated) 7) Ice, need someone to buy from NTUC in the morning. We will put everything in a styrofoam box (I have the box).

Please SMS me if you are able to provide the above stuff. I will need items 2-4 and 6 tomorrow.

Anyway the test run ran well, just that I forgot to put some ingredients here and there. Should work fine for Wednesday.

Here's the cost breakdown:

Soba x 3 = $6.00

Sauce x 4 = $8.00 (Not vegetarian, if Kenneth want I have a separate bottle for vegetarians)

Wasabi x 2 = $4.00

Bowls x 40 = $6.00

Chopsticks x 50 = $1.30

Spring Onion (Someone help me buy?) = $0.75

Seaweed = $2.00

Total cost for 40 bowls: $28.05

Cost per bowl = $0.70

P/S: Yea 40 bowls quite a lot... but I feel super insecure buying 2 packets of soba only...

P/S 2: 1 bowl is about 1/3 of the size shown on the photo.

We are probably going to sell at $1.50 per bowl, depending on the sales on that day you all can slash the price. Everyone must drag your juniors to visit our stall!!
